WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS
We only accept orders from registered brick & mortar businesses that have a federal tax identification number.
Steps to register and establish an account:
- Complete our Wholesale Registration Form
(also available as a printed form upon request)
- Provide a copy of your business license (FAX preferred)
- Review, sign and return a copy of these Terms & Conditions (FAX preferred)
- Completed registration materials will be reviewed and upon approval an authorization code will be sent via email (or by fax or post if requested). This code enables full access to all areas of the website including wholesale pricing and ordering.
Only registered, authorized customers can order our products. We reserve the right to select, limit and refuse to sell to businesses who do not meet the wholesale customer requirements.

Location, Location, Location:
Customers must have a commercial location. Businesses operating from a residential location will not be approved.
We do not sell our products to non-wholesale customers and do not allow any customer to LIST THEIR PRICING OR SELL our products online.
This policy has been made to protect the ability of each customer to set their pricing as necessary.
Only current customers may use graphics and images from our website to promote our products on their business website and in their marketing materials.
Customer Rewards:
Rewards may include, but are not limited to; special seasonal products, complimentary testers, free literature, special sales and or discounts. Current rewards and specific requirements are available on our website.
Rewards are available to all customers who fulfill the reward requirements. If upon the date of expiration the requirements are not met, the reward will not be granted.
Businesses without access to the Internet may contact us for the current customer reward offerings.
Limited Partnerships:
We greatly value each customer and want everyone to benefit from doing business with us.
To avoid oversaturation in any one area we have a set criterion for who may purchase and resell our products.
Limited partnership criteria include the following: volume of purchase, payment history, geographic location (city, town, rural, resort, etc.) and type of facility operated (spa, wellness center, etc.) and the quality of customer service provided to your clients when representing our products.
For example: A new customer may not be approved if located within 10 miles of an existing customer who orders $10,000 per year with their account in good standing.
First Order: $1,500 minimum.
This order may contain a combination of our retail and professional product offerings. We do not require you to purchase items by the case or by any preset number. For example: order twenty of one item in a single scent and one of an item in another scent.
A representative will gladly provide assistance and advice about best selling items and scents per region and type of business.
Applicable sales tax and shipping costs do not apply towards minimum order requirements.
Re-order: $500 minimum
Smaller orders will be accepted however a small order surcharge of 25% will be added to the order total. Re-orders may contain a combination of our retail and professional product offerings.

Payment Options:
We accept VISA/Mastercard/Discover and certified checks (payment must be received and cleared before we ship your order).
We DO NOT offer Net 30 Payment Terms.
Payments returned for insufficient funds will incur a $40 service charge.
In the event that your account somehow becomes overdue you will be charged a 5% monthly interest fee.
Accounts maturing into 90 days will be automatically sent to collections.
You are responsible for any fees incurred during debt collection.
Back Orders:
We make every effort to maintain a sufficient stock of all products. Since we create our products in small batches with the freshest natural ingredients; some back orders may occur. We will notify you of the back ordered items via email or phone within 72 hours of receipt of your order. We will provide you with either an estimated time of arrival and/or alternative options.
Price Changes:
We make every effort to communicate price changes to our customers. We will announce price changes on our website and via email at least 30 days before the change occurs. However, prices are subject to change without notice.
Shipping:
Our preferred carrier is UPS. All orders will be sent UPS Ground unless otherwise specified otherwise at the time of your order. Shipping options include: UPS Ground, UPS Next Day, UPS 2 day and UPS 3 day.
Shipping charges will be added to the invoice after the order is packed and weighed. We are unable to estimate shipping before the orders are packed. Upon request, we can provide a final order total via e-mail or telephone. Any orders that are cancelled once packed will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
We DO NOT offer drop or COD shipping.
Refusal of Shipment:
We offer two options for shipments that are returned as undeliverable due to the customer providing an address that is incorrect, not formatted for use with UPS or failing to notify us of an address change:
- Cancel the order and obtain a refund, minus a 15% restocking fee
- Customer provides correct address and pays to resend the shipment
If a shipment is returned due to our error, we will contact you to correct the error and reship your order at no additional cost.
Damaged Shipment:
If products are damaged during shipping, please keep the damaged products in the original shipping carton and notify us immediately. UPS will need to inspect the damaged products and shipping materials in order to reimburse us for the damaged shipment. Once we receive our reimbursement, we will promptly ship replacement products.
Returns:
All returns must be made within 30 days from delivery. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns. Please contact us via email or phone before sending a return. Returned products must be unopened, unused and in their original condition.
Your refund will be issued within 7-10 business days.
Products that are returned to the customer due to client dissatisfaction may be returned to Peaceful Offerings in exchange for a merchandise credit. In order to receive this credit, products must be less than ½ empty and must be accompanied by a sales receipt and a brief explanation as to why it was returned.
Suggested Storage to Preserve Product:
Since all of our products are made with the freshest most natural ingredients and do not contain synthetic preservatives, we recommend a shelf-life of two years. To assure continued freshness, we suggest that you store them in a cool dark place and avoid placing them in direct sun when on the retail shelves.
We strongly recommend that you take care when ordering our products during environmental extremes and do not leave them outdoors in either extreme heat or cold. If the product exposed to cold simply allow product to return to room temperature before using. If the product is exposed to extreme heat during shipment or delivery, the shelf life may be shortened.
